This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate and professional swim school team. The Aquatic Services Coordinator will be responsible for the operation of the swim school, leading Swim Teachers to ensure delivery of high-quality swim school programs.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Implementing and promoting aquatic programs in line with Belgravia Leisure standards
  • Planning and organizing lessons, providing leadership and ensuring a supportive culture
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, having in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs and industry details

This role requires strong communication skills, building rapport and positive relationships with people. A commitment to customer service excellence and ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, demonstrated ability to lead a team and possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability.

A National Police Check, Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working With Children Check and current Swim Teaching Certificate are also required. Strong people leadership and excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly valued.
