Training Coordinator

Brandt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Ballarat Head Office as a Training Administrator.
The Training Administrator plays a vital role in supporting Brandt's training and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing student enrollments and training activities, maintaining training data, producing reports, preparing and amending documentation, and assisting with various projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Support student enrollments in training courses and programs.
- Monitor course completions and inform managers/employees of status.
- Communicate vendor bulletins and training requirements.
- Process training grant applications and final reports.
- Work with supervisors and trainers to coordinate training events and maintain records.
- Maintain training reports and records, ensuring employee records are accurate and complete.
- Produce routine and on-demand training and certification reports.
- Compile and publish training feedback and evaluations.
- Administer publishing and distribution of professional quality, print-based training materials.
- Format and distribute training presentations.
- Update training materials/information.
- Solid foundation of administrative knowledge and prior experience in using MS Office applications.
- Experience in HR, Training or Safety desirable but not essential.
- Experience in WorkCover claims will be highly regarded.
- Able to work well collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Highly self-directed, organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage priorities and achieve work-related objectives and goals.
- Demonstrates a commitment to learning about Brandt's products and business.
- Demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
