HSEQ Coordinator

Fetch Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Coordinator to join their team in Ballarat. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of the company's projects.

The HSEQ Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Providing training and support to project teams on health, safety, and environmental matters
• Monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and environmental performance
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HSEQ role
• Certificate III in OHS or equivalent
• Experience working in construction (commercial experience highly regarded)
• Clean driver's license
• Proficiency in using Hammertech
