Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our $30 million education project in Western Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all construction activities and manage the site team.
  • Develop and maintain 2-3 week program look aheads.
  • Report construction progress to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and client representatives involved in the project.
  • Ensure that work, health & safety laws are followed, including high risk construction activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, preferably in educational or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Relevant Trade background is highly desirable.
