Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to lead and oversee on-site activities for complex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed to high standards, on schedule, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to allocate resources and streamline workflow.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and address any on-site issues promptly to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental procedures are rigorously followed, creating a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and manage on-site queries.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and regulatory standards, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams on-site.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to handling on-site challenges.
  • Familiarity with site management software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
