Executive Leader for Operational Excellence

A rapidly growing business in the corporate accommodation space is seeking a senior operational leader to drive outstanding guest experience outcomes across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization at a pivotal stage of growth and expansion.

About The Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team of operational managers and field staff, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and evolved in line with the global brand promise.

  • Team Leadership & Performance
  • Country-Level GX Priorities & Projects
  • Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience in hospitality, property, or service-based operations, with a strong track record leading multiple assets or locations.
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-city teams in a guest-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, service design, and customer satisfaction metrics.
