- Identify and align the capability, time, and effort needed to execute the delivery of projects and programs.
- Develop and manage project schedules and deliverables to deliver project outcomes within time-boxed periods.
- Determine cost estimates for project resources and manage those costs, forecasts, and actuals using appropriate frameworks and governance.
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated successful experience in defining, implementing, and maintaining a Project Delivery function.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in defining project management methodologies and supporting metrics to drive best practices and results.
- Previous experience leading large and diverse teams.
- Construction industry experience/knowledge - desired.
