Lead a Team of Passionate Educators

C&K Birralee Childcare Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director to lead our team of passionate educators. As a Director, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of children aged 0 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of our children and families.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the wider community.
  • Ensure the centre is operating in accordance with C&K's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the centre's performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
