About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Campus Director to lead our team at Only About Children's Castle Hill campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the campus, including the delivery of educational leadership and financial performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a proven track record of leadership and management. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of child safety and welfare, as well as driving the delivery of agreed monthly KPIs that support all aspects of our business.

As a Campus Director, you will be a positive role model and coach and mentor team members through educational leadership. You will also be responsible for facilitating events for families to create an inclusive and welcoming community environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of early childhood education and a minimum of five years' experience in an early childhood setting. You will also need to have a current First Aid Certificate, a current Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification, and a Child Protection qualification.
