The Role

As a Monitoring Centre Operator, you'll be the first line of defence in our centralised monitoring hubs:


• Monitor live feeds from CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.


• Respond swiftly to alerts, coordinating with clients, emergency services, and field teams.


• Use AI-driven tools to analyse threats and ensure proactive security measures.


• Maintain accurate logs and contribute to continuous system improvements.

Shifts are rostered for full-time, including nights and weekends, with premium rates for public holidays.


Who We're Looking For

We're seeking passionate individuals ready to make an impact—whether you're a seasoned pro or eager to dive in:



Qualified Candidates
: Experience in security monitoring, dispatch, or control room operations is a plus. If you're already licensed (or close to it), you'll hit the ground running.



Entry-Level Enthusiasts
: No prior experience? No problem We're committed to training motivated team players willing to learn a rewarding new trade. We'll guide you through comprehensive onboarding and support your journey to certification.

Essential Requirements:

o Australian citizenship or permanent residency (for licensing eligibility).

o Ability to obtain a security industry licence (we'll assist with the process—it's straightforward and government-backed).

o Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

o Reliable transport to our Kingsgrove or Port Lincoln sites.

o Flexibility for shift work.
