Job Description:

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for running shifts, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also supervise department managers, team leaders, and staff members, providing guidance and coaching to enhance performance and employee engagement.

This leadership role involves maintaining open communication channels with the leadership team, partnering with the General Manager to align on goals and priorities, and participating in weekly huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions. Your ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and create solutions-driven work environments will be invaluable in driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts, support day-to-day restaurant operations, and maintain Critical Standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
  • Maintain strong communication across the leadership team and ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Partner with your GM to align on goals and priorities, participate in weekly leadership huddles, and engage in one-on-one coaching sessions to optimize employee performance.
