Restaurant Business Development Specialist

This role is pivotal in supporting our full-service restaurant business. The primary responsibilities include managing various vendors, programs and projects that provide support to our field operations teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of restaurant profit & loss statements, food service key performance indicators such as food cost, labor, average check, EBITDA, sales per labor hour.
In this role, the employee will be responsible for:
- Development/Strategy Support: Assist with new openings, leases, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, new initiative rollouts, planning.
- Operations Support: Assist with focus initiatives, maintain integrity/accuracy of internal records/databases. Develop/modify processes and procedures to increase performance, efficiency, profitability. BPA Printer & Galley (nutritional) support.
- Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget. Support initiatives, pricing/menu changes, performance/ops reviews, progress/opportunities/support.
- Brand Support: Work with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, performance, execution, problem-solving. Learn and be proficient with reporting systems.
Additionally, the successful candidate will prioritize safety in all aspects of the role and support the organization's safety philosophy.
