We are currently seeking an HSSE Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies. You will provide expert guidance, promote a proactive safety culture, and contribute to our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective HSSE management systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors, fostering a culture of safety and awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on HSSE performance data to inform management decisions.

You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in HSSE advisory roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
