Customer Experience Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

About the Job

  • Coordinate inspections and schedule trades to ensure a seamless post-build experience for homeowners.
  • Efficiently manage calendars for our Serviceteam, including organizing appointments and ensuring optimal utilisation of serviceperson's time.
  • Issue and maintain service reports, order materials, and process returned onsite paperwork.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete various administrative tasks with efficiency and excellent attention to detail.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding planning and prioritisation skills while working with competing priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A flexible approach and attitude towards work due to changing priorities.
