Speech Pathologist Job Overview

We are one of the largest service providers in the NDIS sector, supporting over 10,000 participants annually with comprehensive care solutions. Our multi-disciplinary approach ensures a tailored support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

Our team employs a strengths-based approach to guide assessment, goals, and intervention. This involves combining standardized and non-standardized assessments tailored to each participant's needs, and delivering speech therapy interventions in settings that best match their objectives.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide supports to NDIS participants residing in Campbelltown, Prestons, Liverpool, Ingleburn, Casula, and surrounding areas. The role requires flexibility to work in various settings, including clinics and community locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to NDIS participants
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on participant needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support

Requirements:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
