Customer Service Representative, Banking and Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in a banking and finance role. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support, identifying suitable products and services, and promoting self-service and digital banking options.

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible for demonstrating our Smarter Banking options, making banking simple, easy and secure for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive.
  • Identify and recommend suitable products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options, including self-service and digital banking solutions.
