Customer Experience Representative

To excel in this role, you must proactively seek innovative solutions that benefit customers and the business. Key areas of responsibility include promptly addressing customer inquiries, analyzing sales history to identify service needs, and informing customers about new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframes
  • Analyze customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunities
  • Inform customers about new products and services when applicable

Requirements:

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred but not essential)
  • A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve results
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a small team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and/or cloud-based CRM programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
