Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team in developing cutting-edge network capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation across the Bank's networks, converged infrastructure, and hybrid cloud.

The role involves leading improvements in monitoring and automation, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the robustness of the Bank's communications services.

You will enable employees' performance growth, contribute to policy development, and ensure alignment with industry standards.

The position requires delivering business service level commitments, measuring performance, and owning IT Network Services governance & compliance.

You will also develop incident response capabilities and work on simplifying services to address current and future needs.

Requirements
  • A degree qualification and relevant certifications like ITIL and Cisco
  • Proven experience in leading innovative capabilities and continuous improvement across networks, converged infrastructure, and cloud
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in motivating IT Infrastructure and Operations teams
  • Broad knowledge of industry standards and understanding of IT policies and processes
  • Ability to monitor and guide activities throughout service delivery and project lifecycles, including measurement and compliance
  • Experience in managing risks and issues to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems
  • Extensive experience in large-scale IT network operations and Enterprise IT Network technology
  • Advanced knowledge of IT Network services covering data, voice, and video
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
