Are you a passionate leader ready to drive high-performing teams and deliver innovative software solutions?
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented developers while partnering closely with product leaders to shape technical roadmaps and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor 2x engineering squads, fostering career growth and continuous learning.
Partner with product managers to define technical direction and deliver projects on time.
Drive team execution through agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Champion engineering best practices, high-quality code, and collaborative culture.
Oversee performance reviews, growth planning, and hiring to scale the team effectively.
Align with other engineering leaders on technical strategy and resource planning.
Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on software development experience, and 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Expertise in at least one object-oriented programming language (C#.NET, Java, or C++).
Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
Proven ability to lead full-stack teams and work across distributed environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
