We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to the successful placement of candidates. This includes conducting and recording reference checks, supporting the resource allocation and operational team, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently.
- Support the Recruitment Process: Place job advertisements across various platforms, screen applications, and onboard new employees.
- Oversee the Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client engagement to the successful placement of candidates.
- Conduct Reference Checks: Verify the qualifications and experience of potential candidates.
- Support Operational Team: Assist the resource allocation and operational team in peak demands.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent PC skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You must also be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
