Job Overview

This role oversees the recruitment and onboarding of new staff for various facilities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting, and Associate Experience.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the recruitment process for new hires
  • Ensuring auditing compliance with defined procedures
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements
  • Participating in Workforce Staffing projects
  • Developing effective communication protocols
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in human resources, customer service, Microsoft Office products and applications, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of human resources experience, customer service experience, and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
