Advanced Technical Services Expert

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide high-level customer service and technical support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd level support, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to desktop applications and end-user experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all communications with the end user.
- Respond efficiently to all contacts in accordance with applicable Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Record all activities performed as part of the management of all issues or queries worked on, up to and including closure.
- Participate in team meetings to focus the team on key activities of improvement, achieving weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL principles.
- Ability to liaise with multiple vendors, customers, and stakeholders at a technical level.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Successful applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a minimum NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance.
