About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team through effective administration, collaboration, and reporting. This involves managing schedules, creating daily audit reports, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team schedules and coordinate meetings
- Generate daily audit reports and maintain CRM records
- Handle enrolment and coursework queries
- Assist with onboarding new staff and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven accuracy in report generation and data entry
- Timely response to inquiries and leads
- Consistent maintenance of office presentation and adherence to company standards
- Efficient and precise task completion in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with effective management of internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Certificate IV in a relevant field preferred
