Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes and delivering exceptional support to our Account Managers and Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to nominated Account Managers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales activities.
- Deliver high levels of client satisfaction through prompt, customer-focused, and professional responses to enquiries and requests.
- Proactively support and collaborate with Account Managers on client activity and internal reporting, including post-campaign reports, proposal design and preparation, and revenue reporting.
- Manage client databases and research programs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems to support the workflow of Account Managers and Sales Managers.
- Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to problem-solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset.
- Experience in managing client databases and research programs.
