Executive Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage sales contracts, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
