Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in building campaign proposals and creating relevant reports.
- Assist in liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements.
- Communicate with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts for clients.
- Provide sales team with post-analysis of advertising campaigns.
- Assist Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing.
- Track bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople.
You will be an ambitious self-starter who is happy to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving business and industry. In addition to:
- Solid administration skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; generates solutions.
- Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively; demonstrates good group presentation skills; writes clearly and varies style to meet need.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-management & confidence.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Customer service orientation.
