Property Administrator Job

This is a Property Administration role with our prestigious retail property agency in south-west Sydney.

The position requires an experienced administrative professional to work onsite at a Shopping Centre. Key responsibilities include:

  • Distributing timely tenant rental invoices and ensuring compliance.
  • Reviewing and processing rental charges, reviews, and increases for our tenants.
  • Managing rent collection from tenants and suppliers.
  • Raising work orders for contractors and maintaining records.

In addition, this role involves coordinating retailer sales turnover/annual audited sales certificates and collecting insurance information.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the property administration sector.
  • Financial knowledge and exposure within the retail shopping centre industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
