Job Title: Director of Operations

Tesserent is a leading cybersecurity solutions provider, partnering with clients across Australia and New Zealand to protect their digital assets. As a Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Managed and Professional Services business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Oversee the implementation of ITIL framework and ServiceNow tooling to facilitate a high-functioning Service Desk
  • Guide and develop the Service Desk to refine procedures and ensure delivery is within Service Level Agreements
  • Oversee the IT Security Advisor function to identify and implement security controls across the Managed and Professional Services business
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency of process across the division, guiding the operations team to maintain and enforce standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, Operations, Project Management, or Service Delivery roles
  • ITIL 4 Certified (Foundation or higher)
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ITSM tooling and processes (specifically ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge and experience with information security standards
  • Minimum 3 years of effective management experience
