Program Change Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead change management initiatives within our organization. The Program Change Manager will collaborate closely with program and project leads, as well as key stakeholders, to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for business improvement programs.
  • Design and implement effective communication plans.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Change management certification (e.g., ADKAR, PROSCI).
  • Qualifications in Communications, Change Management, or a related field are preferred.
