Program Change Manager

Looking to join an incredibly interesting State Government department? We are working with a premier government agency that is looking to add a Program change manager to their team. This contract has the potential to be extended.
In this role you will be working closely with program and project leads and key stakeholders to ensure change is understood and embraced.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop a change management strategy for the business improvement program
- Develop a communications strategy
- Prepare and deliver communications material (internal and external)
- Prepare, design and deliver fit-for-purpose training program
Other than the clearance we are keen to speak with a CV that includes:
- Change management certification (e.g. ADKAR, PROSCI)
- Qualifications in Communications, Change Management or another related field preferred.
On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months with daily rates based on your skills and experience. There are extensions expected as well
