Senior Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for spearheading and managing organisational and operational change efforts associated with large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to support complex Defence programs
  • Lead and manage organisational transition efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in
  • Oversee adoption and integration of new processes, systems and practices within customer and CAE organisations
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in organisational development or project management
  • Ideally hold certification in project management methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong familiarity with ADF structures and processes
