About the Role

You'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing. As second in command, you'll:

  • Lead the care team and nurture relationships with residents and their families.
  • Develop and train staff members, including nurses, to deliver exceptional care.
  • Oversee the clinical operations, ensuring compliance, stock management, and accurate reporting.
  • Create innovative clinical care programs that enhance resident outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage the home's budget effectively.

You'll be an honest and ethical leader with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. You'll also possess:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
  • No less than 3 years of experience in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and budgets.
  • A strong background in aged care.
