**Job Description**
In this exciting opportunity, you will assume the role of Clinical Care Manager at our client's 120-bed aged care facility. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and inspiring a team of clinical staff, conducting audits and gap analysis, designing and implementing quality initiatives, and developing positive relationships with residents and families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clinical management of a 120-bed aged care facility with excellent support from 4 Clinical Coordinators and a Chief Clinical Officer
- Manage and inspire a team of clinical staff; providing clear direction, support, and mentoring
- Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Design, implement, and review quality initiatives to exceed accreditation standards
- Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client-directed care outcomes, investigate, and respond to feedback and complaints
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in a Clinical Care Manager position within residential aged care. You should possess strong clinical understanding, demonstrated ability to help facilities meet aged care standards, and visible leadership skills that develop meaningful relationships with staff and residents.
