Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. The position involves the service and support of photocopiers and associated products. This role requires a proactive approach to customer support and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Onsite installation, programming, and setup of photocopiers and printers.
  • Provide onsite technical support to customers.
  • Diagnose and repair copiers and other office equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Train clients on how to use photocopiers and other office equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Experience preferred but not essential as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of other office equipment.
  • Proficient in computer networks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry under health and safety management.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in various environments and complete site compliance when required.
Benefits:
  • Salary: up to $85,000 negotiable commensurate with experience.
  • Company Motor Vehicle provided - after qualifying period.
  • Permanent Role within a Dynamic and Supportive team.
  • Monday to Friday, no Weekends.
