Senior In-House Business Law Advisor

This is a broad in-house role with a significant intellectual property element. You will work closely with senior leadership to support the business and protect its legal interests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the company's legal and compliance requirements, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate, review, and draft commercial contracts including distributor and retail supply agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on broader areas such as compliance, IT, regulatory, and employment law.
- Solid legal and commercial acumen, with expertise in contract law and dispute resolution.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
