In-house Legal Advisor
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced in-house legal advisor to join our team. As an in-house legal advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on various business matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on banking disciplines such as structured finance, transaction banking, property finance, securitization, retail banking or financial services.
- Provide commercial legal advice on registered managed investment schemes and fund-formation projects.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, Corporations Act, governance and M&A matters.
- Align with the business strategy, provide expert legal advice on employment and workplace relations, ensure compliance, mitigate risk and protect the organisation's interests.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
