About this opportunity
This role involves leading the tender process from identifying opportunities to winning contracts. As a senior professional in our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver competitive and high-quality submissions that highlight our company's technical strengths and commercial value.
- Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of government and private sector tenders
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities through research and market insights
- Lead tenders, EOIs, RFQs and proposals from strategy through to post-submission
- Analyse technical requirements to shape winning strategies aligned with business strategy and customer needs
- Drive revenue growth through tender wins, market expansion and sales leadership
- Meet/exceed sales targets, deliver presentations, site meetings and negotiations
- E nsure submissions showcase our value proposition and meet governance, compliance, and risk requirements
You will be successful if you have:
- Strong knowledge of the electrical/manufacturing industries
- Proven tender management experience
- Tertiary qualification in the electrical field
- Project management skills
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
