The OpportunityWe are seeking a commercially-minded and strategic professional to lead our tendering function and drive the development of high-quality bids.
- Prior experience in managing complex tenders in construction, utilities, or infrastructure is required.
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development are necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver accurate costings and commercially sound pricing strategies, as well as high-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
