Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate team-level agile processes and agile release train execution. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, backlog grooming, and demo/retro sessions
  • Work with product management, product owners, and business owners to ensure execution alignment for agile teams
  • Manage risk and dependencies across agile teams
  • Develop and implement standardized agile metrics to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Reinforce key principles of a continuous learning culture and team and technical agility

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably on an agile release train under the Scaled Agile Framework
  • Proven experience managing multiple agile teams
  • Effective collaborator and servant leader
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or appropriate combination of education and experience in essential duties and responsibilities
  • Intermediate understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in administrative tools such as MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.
