About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Executive to drive growth in Western Australia's mining sector, leading business development activities across WA, targeting opportunities in open pit, underground, and emerging mineral sectors.

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives to capitalize on opportunities in major and mid-tier mining companies.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure high-value work with key clients in the mining industry.
  • Build strong relationships with senior procurement leaders, site management, and key decision-makers to foster partnerships and drive business outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and tender presentations, showcasing expertise and building credibility.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in business development within the mining industry, with at least 7 years of experience, and demonstrated ability to secure contracts with mid-to-large mining operators in the WA market.
