We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business growth and transformation.
About the RoleThe Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for executing our strategic plan, focusing on expansion through flawless execution and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver results that exceed expectations with a proven track record of success.
- Leverage strong commercial acumen, inspirational leadership, and negotiation skills to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure effective communication and relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in mining operations with expertise in production, safety, and cost dynamics.
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Commerce/Business, or related discipline (an MBA or other post-graduate qualification is desirable).
- Demonstrated success in execution of opportunities leading business transformation.
