Key Account Growth Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the Pet Care Industry as a Key Account Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts in the wholesale market, NZ market, multi-site operators (MSOs), and independent pet specialty stores (IPS). Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver monthly KPI's targets for Gross revenue and trade spend to drive growth through the wholesale channel.
  • Manage and execute sales strategies for assigned wholesale customers and MSO groups, driving growth, market penetration, and brand advocacy.
  • Design and implement strategies to drive wholesale sales and achieve revenue targets, identify new market opportunities and foster relationships with MSOs, buying groups, and wholesalers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the pet industry, a proven track record of delivering multi-year growth ahead of category, and strong understanding of the 4C's of sales and the 4 P's of marketing. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

The role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual who can balance multiple priorities, work collaboratively with state sales managers, and use data to conceptually sell to customers and grow businesses.
