Leading Finance Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned CFO to drive financial strategy and lead our finance function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to partner with the CEO and Board on key business decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a financial leader to step into a strategic role, driving growth and improvement across the organization. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy, managing all finance functions, and providing expert guidance to the CEO and Board.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading finance teams, with a strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have:
  • A strong background in finance, with a CA or CPA qualification
  • Proven leadership experience of a finance function, with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
