Senior Financial Leader

Baby Bunting is seeking an experienced financial leader to shape the company's financial future.

The Opportunity

As a senior financial leader, you will oversee various aspects of finance, including accounting, banking, payroll, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Oversee external audit processes and manage financial risks.
  • Treasury, FX & Cash Management: Manage daily banking, cash control processes, and foreign exchange risk.
  • Sustainability Accounting: Implement new sustainability accounting standards for enhanced transparency.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage tax obligations while optimizing taxation strategies.
  • Leadership & Commercial Support: Lead and mentor the finance team, driving strategic financial insights for business growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in retail or large-format operations.
  • CA/CPA Qualified
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading finance teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
