Job Title: Senior Director of Financial Planning and Strategy

A leading industrial manufacturing business seeks a seasoned financial executive to serve as the Head of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This dynamic role will be pivotal in driving strategic growth, operational improvement, and financial strategy during a critical phase in the company's expansion.

About the Role:
  • Partner with the CEO & Board on Long-Term Financial Strategy Development
  • Lead a Small Team, driving Strategic Growth and Operational Improvement Initiatives
  • Oversee Finance and Information Technology Functions to Enhance Operational Efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Financial Plans and Decision-Making Processes
  • Manage All Finance Functions, Including Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Capex, Treasury, Tax Compliance, and IT Strategy Development
  • Lead Financial Planning, Analysis, and Forecasting to Inform Business Decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Current or Recent CFO with End-to-End Responsibility for a Relevant Business Unit
  • Proven Leader in Finance, Accounting, and IT with Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Sound Understanding of Industrial Manufacturing, Import/Export Business Operations, and Foreign Currency Transactions
