About the RoleThe Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. You will identify market trends, develop strategic brand partnerships, create engaging merchandise, and print support, analyze campaign performance, and assist with media planning across Australia.
You will work closely with our Marketing team and report to the Head of Campaigns based in Melbourne (with flexible working arrangements). Success in this role will contribute to the management of our brand and reputation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading comprehensive campaign management including briefing, creative development, stakeholder engagement, and execution.
- Overseeing campaign finances and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and accurate financial reporting.
- Driving campaign performance and insights, including post-campaign analysis, media reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Maintaining brand consistency and compliance across all marketing collateral, packaging, and training content.
- Collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to deliver impactful seasonal and brand campaigns.
We are looking for a retail marketing professional with experience in FMCG or retail settings, who can manage comprehensive campaigns and deliver results that exceed expectations. You will bring a proven track record in developing and executing successful retail campaigns, managing media and advertising agencies, and controlling budgets and timelines.
A degree qualification in marketing or a related field is essential, along with strategic thinking, project management skills, and a flair for performance tracking. You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
