Commercial Property Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to lead and mentor junior property managers, overseeing a high-performing industrial and commercial portfolio in Perth's eastern corridor.

The successful candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant engagement, retention, and service delivery.
  • Negotiate leases, renewals, and rent reviews, as well as resolve any arrears or disputes.
  • Oversee facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor coordination.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety obligations are met.
  • Utilize Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Provide detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a confident and solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8 software, with the ability to learn and champion the system.
  • Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.
  • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle.
