Commercial Property Portfolio Manager

This is a high-level management role within a commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including lease administration, arrears management, and technical service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and foster strong relationships between stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Be accountable for property and facilities management service delivery.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals to deliver services that meet customer standards.
- Develop strategies to ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.
- Manage financials, including P&L and CAPEX budgets.
- Extensive experience in property management with a strong background in commercial portfolios.
- Demonstrated people management skills and experience leading teams.
- Proven ability to drive change and business improvements.
- A self-starter with strong business development acumen and customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship building abilities.
- High level of commercial acumen and issue resolution skills.
- Current WA Real Estate License.
