Job Overview: We are seeking a charismatic and passionate professional to join our team in Sydney. As a night owl, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional concierge services and operate the hotel's driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Support the Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Concierge Supervisor in ensuring all guests' needs are met prior, during, and post-stay.
  • Assist in driving the 'Whatever / Whenever' culture for all guests.
