Hotel Night Auditor Position Overview

In our fast-paced hotel environment, we seek a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to provide exceptional support to our night-time operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in responding to guest needs, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities in handling financial transactions.

  • We are seeking an individual who can work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout their shift.
  • As the first point of contact for guests and colleagues alike, our Night Auditor must be able to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the night-time management team by overseeing all overnight activities and providing seamless service to our guests.
  2. Maintain accurate and secure financial records, ensuring prompt resolution of any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition of shifts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card is required for this role.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles is highly desirable.
